We’re looking for someone with strong values, a hands-on approach, and the drive to ensure high standards of person-centred care. You’ll work alongside the Home Manager to lead a committed team and promote a safe, respectful, and empowering atmosphere for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and deputise for the Home Manager in all areas of care and compliance.
• Promote a culture of high-quality, personalised care for all individuals.
• Assist in safer recruitment processes and team development.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure correct documentation.
• Take the lead on health and safety, safeguarding, and best practice.
• Support service users’ emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Attend and contribute to team, family, and professional meetings.

About You:
• Experience in a senior role within residential, assisted living, or nursing settings.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Social Care – or Level 3 with a commitment to working towards Level 5.
• Confident in medication protocols and care planning.
• Organised, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
• A natural leader who can inspire and support others.
