Overview

Beyond the Nest is currently looking to recruit a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. We believe in celebrating every child's unique journey as they move ‘Beyond the Nest’ and you\'ll play a key role in this journey as we open our brand new nursery. You will have the opportunity to join a beautiful new nursery, with state-of-the-art facilities, and forward-thinking practice. As a team, together we will strive to push the boundaries to create excellence in Early Years provision. Children are at the heart of everything we do – the single biggest driver to ensuring outstanding early education.

We are looking for a well organised, flexible and dedicated practitioner. If you are a cheerful, calm, and imaginative person who can contribute numerous ideas to create a wonderful learning environment with engaging play and educational activities, we would love to hear from you.


Ideal applicant

* MUST be at least Early Years Level 2 qualified.
* Have an understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted.
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families.
* Skilled in meeting children’s needs both individually and within a group.
* Good knowledge of Safeguarding.
* Committed to continuous professional development.
* Committed to equality and inclusion.
* Understands and values the importance of outside play in young children’s development.


Responsibilities

* The delivery of the EYFS to a very high standard.
* Ensure the provision of high-quality learning and care.
* To promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
* To ensure the delivery of excellent practice with regard to SEND and inclusion.
* To work as part of the whole nursery team contributing to the nursery’s overall development.
* To ensure that all policies, procedures and non-negotiables are adhered to to create a happy and safe learning environment.
