Job Description
3. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Carry out planned preventative maintenance as per schedules.
6. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the engineering department.
7. Collaborate with other departments to minimise disruptions and maintain productivity.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
9. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
10. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly stored.
4 ON 4 OFF (2 Days / 2 Nights) - 12 Hours
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer, ideally from a Manufacturing background, along with:
11. Recognised Engineering qualification (NVQ/C&G)
12. Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair
13. Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
14. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within engineering and manufacturing environments.
15. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
16. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues effectively.
