Flame Health’s Optometry Division is recruiting for a Part-Time Optometrist to join a long-established independent practice in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
This opportunity has arisen due to retirement, reflecting the stability, reputation, and supportive culture within the practice.
The Opportunity
* Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
* Position: Part-Time Optometrist
* Working Pattern: 3.5 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday morning)
* Flexibility to increase to 4.5 days if desired
* Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE
* Bonus Scheme Available
* Free Parking Provided

* 25–30 minute testing times to support high-quality examinations

Candidate Requirements
* GOC-registered Optometrist (essential)
* Open to experienced clinicians
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
