We are seeking a Scientist - HPLC & Dissolution Testing to support analytical method development, qualification, and routine testing within a dynamic laboratory environment. This role will work closely with client scientists and play a key role in executing chromatographic and dissolution-based assays. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with HPLC/UPLC and USP dissolution testing, along with strong technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
* Perform routine analytical testing on submitted samples using HPLC, GC, and dissolution methods
* Support method development, optimization, and qualification activities
* Troubleshoot instrumentation and assist in resolving basic method-related issues
* Serve as a backup analyst across additional analytical techniques
* Provide feedback to client scientists on assay performance and improvements
* Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and support general lab organization
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 3-4 years of industry experience
* Master's degree with 1+ year of industry experience
Required technical experience
* HPLC / UPLC operation, troubleshooting, and optimization
* USP Dissolution Testing (Apparatus I & II)
* Strong understanding of chromatographic principles
Preferred experience
* Gas Chromatography (GC)
* Particle size analysis
* Spectroscopy techniques (MS, NMR, IR)
* Ability to work in a regulated (GMP) environment with strong attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
