Job overview


We are delighted to offer the opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic co-ordinator to join our dynamic Talent, OD and Inclusion Team in HEIW. As the Talent, OD and Inclusion Team Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the 'National Succession Planning & Talent Management Strategy for NHS Wales'.

We're looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with a proactive approach to problem solving to provide high level project and administrative support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. In this varied role, you'll have the chance to work across all areas of the team co-ordinating a range of activities including event planning, course organisation and information analysis.

· To support the Talent, OD and Inclusion team in the planning and delivery of the 'National Succession Planning & Talent Management Strategy for NHS Wales'.

· To lead on activities relating to the organisation and delivery of Talent, OD and Inclusion team events, courses and meetings, including the Talent, OD and Inclusion programmes and Talent Pools, for a range of healthcare professionals across Wales.

To develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and provide comprehensive project and administrative support and advice to the Talent, OD and Inclusion Team

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
