Requirements:
Previousexperienceworkingasahealthcareassistantwithchildren and adults whohavementalhealthneeds.
Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.
Acaring,patient,andempatheticapproach.
Knowledgeofsafeguardingproceduresandchildwelfarepractices.
Abilitytoprovideaclinicalreference.
EnhancedDBScheck(orwillingnesstoobtainone).
IndatePMVAtraining.
Relevantqualifications(e.g.,NVQLevel2/3inHealth&SocialCareorequivalent)or3yearsexperienceareneeded.
