Overview
We're looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join us. Because we are in a rural area, please think about how you'd be able to get here for work, before applying for the job. Hours: 37.5 hours a week (full time). Salary: 24,862.50 / 12.75 an hour. Duration: Permanent. For this role, you'll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a CV or online application form. Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to your team to ensure consistently great service to customers in the cafe.
* Maintain front-of-house duties, interacting with guests and serving food and drink in a busy, lively environment.
* Ensure displays and signs are accurate and the food presentation is appealing.
* Assist the kitchen team with food preparation when required.
* Supervise induction and training of colleagues to build a team focused on great service and creating positive experiences for guests.
Requirements and qualities
* No experience required, but we welcome applicants who are friendly and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
* A people person who communicates well and delivers excellent service.
* Aware of health and safety compliance.
* A problem solver who can lead and support a team every day.
