Stock Condition Surveyor

I'm currently working with a well-regarded public sector client in Cornwall that’s looking to bring a Stock Condition Surveyor on board. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in surveying and housing standards to join a supportive team making a real difference in the local community.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out condition surveys on the companies housing stock, identifying maintenance and repair needs, and ensuring properties meet relevant standards. This role plays a key part in asset management planning and improving living conditions for residents.
What they’re looking for:
* Experience in stock condition surveying or a similar property inspection role
* Sound understanding of building pathology, Decent Homes Standards, and housing regulations
* HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent is ideal
* Strong reporting and data entry skills
* Full UK driving licence is essential
