We are delighted to continue working with one of the UK’s most luxurious country house hotels, set within acres of stunning parkland and known for its exceptional dining and world-class hospitality. They are searching for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in leading the kitchen operations across multiple outlets, including restaurants, room service and large-scale events. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards and inspiring a talented brigade to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef…
10. Supporting the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations across the hotel
11. Leading and mentoring a large kitchen team, fostering a positive, professional environment
12. Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
13. Assisting in creating seasonal menus using locally sourced, sustainable produce
14. Overseeing food costs, stock control, and health & safety compliance
