* CLO/ABL/Structured Finance Associate (2-6+ Years)
Seeking associates with substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending. CLO, ABS and /or CMBS experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
* Capital Markets Associate / Structured Finance Associate
The Capital Markets department is seeking a senior associate with a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in Repo, Asset Backed Lending, Loan on Loan, securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate. CRE CLO is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
* Real Estate Related Securities Diligence Associate
Seeking exceptional junior and mid-level transactional attorneys for the commercial mortgage-backed securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the areas of origination, securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage loans and/or mezzanine loans.
* Repurchase Facility / Asset Based Finance / Capital Markets Associate
Seeking associates with experience in representing banks and financial institutions in matters relating to master repurchase agreements, whole loan trades and other secured lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated law firm experience in warehouse lending transactions back by commercial and residential real estate loans and in structured repurchase transactions. Experience in CRE CLO, CLO, CMBS, SFR, MSR, Whole Loan Trades and other ABL finance experience is a plus.
* Securitization / Structured Finance Associate
Seeking associates with experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate. CLO, CMBS, Repo and other ABL finance experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
