Role:Administrator Finance Brokerage Location:Based in Stockport (SK1) Tye:F ull-time, Permanent Salary:£27-28k plus bonus Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator looking for your next challenge? Our client, a Stockport-based finance broker, supports UK businesses with funding for equipment leasing, hire purchase, and business loans. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their friendly and professional team. About the Role Youll play a key part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing administrative and customer support to the sales and finance teams. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and checking finance documents, including customer details and calculations. Liaising with funders regarding documentation and deal completion. Conducting verification calls with customers for e-sign documents. Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls. Processing completed paperwork such as signed documents and supplier invoices. Managing pay outs, scanning and saving signed documents, and updating internal systems. Liaising with funders on ongoing deals and supplier payments. Sending thank you and deal completion emails to customers and suppliers. Performing Experian ID checks, Land Registry searches, and other administrative checks. Providing sales support, including assisting with new proposals. Supporting directors with ad hoc administrative and compliance-related tasks. Skills & Experience Were looking for someone who: Has excellent organisational and communication skills. Possesses strong numeracy and attention to detail - accuracy is key! Has a good telephone manner and a proactive, can-do attitude. Is proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
