We’re looking for a Lead Service Design and Transition Manager to join our Group Finance IT (GFIT) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team and make a real impact by ensuring our services are designed to meet operational excellence from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team of Service Design specialists to deliver high-quality service design outcomes
* Defining and maintaining a Service Design Framework aligned to project needs
* Overseeing compliance with Service Transition governance and escalating risks
* Building strong stakeholder relationships for effective service delivery
* Driving standardisation, automation, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Forecasting and managing Service Design demand
* Ensuring timely delivery of service support artefacts
* Developing a roadmap for capability maturity and process improvement
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in leading service design and transition within a complex IT environment
* Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, especially Service Design and Transition
* Experience managing and developing small IT teams
* Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery
* Experience with ITSM platforms and workflows
* Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
