Salary: £70000-£90,000 depending on experience and qualifications

The role: This is a wonderful role for an ACCA ( or equivalent ) qualified accountant with fluent Korean to take on a key role within a fashion related business. This organisation is at the forefront of brining K-beauty products into the UK market and you will have full ownership of the financial control and all the reporting. The job will allow you genuine autonomy as well as involve team management (the team of 3-4 people is very friendly and great to work with …they are all energetic and committed and you will mentor and coach them in a nice collaborative work environment )
Duties:
* Use of fluent Korean on a daily basis .
* Manage a team of 3–5 finance professionals
* Oversee and optimise stock management, ensuring efficiency and profitability in retail operations.
* Help to drive digital transformation and improved reporting capabilities.
* Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent Korean & English
* ACCA full qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven track record as a CFO, Financial Controller, Accountant or senior finance leader.
* Experience managing and mentoring a finance team
* Ideally a background in fashion, retail or consumer goods, with hands-on knowledge of stock management.
