In-House Recruiter (6-Month FTC)
Hybrid – 2 office days per week (Tamworth or other UK offices, mainly within the Midlands and North)
Ideally based within 1 hour of Tamworth

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our internal Talent team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Senior HR Business Partner, supporting national hiring needs with a particular focus on asbestos-related roles.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across our asbestos entity
* Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
* Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
* Supporting HR-led recruitment projects and process improvements
* Travelling to various office locations when needed (travel expenses covered)
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in recruitment, with strong headhunting skills
* Creative, proactive mindset – you think beyond the job ad
* Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent platforms
* Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
* Knowledge of the asbestos sector is desirable – but not essential, as training will be provided
* Willingness to travel and collaborate across regions
* Full UK driving licence
