Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves collaborating within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support effective decision-making. The role also provides clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects, assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
What you’ll do:
* Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear and concise analysis to enable effective business decisions.
* Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
* Prepare accurate historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
* Manage 2 direct reports.
* Ensure area reviews for projects are conducted, working with operations to ensure contracts are accurately reported, and financial results are scrutinized and challenged.

Key Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified
* Experience in a business-facing finance role
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in Excel
* Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
