Overview

Neston and Willaston Care Community Team are looking for an admin assistant to join our small and friendly team in the Neston area of Cheshire West. We are hoping to recruit a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills.

This vacancy is part time 12.5 hours per week (to cover Mon & Tue).

Responsibilities

* To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.
* Processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records.
* Answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls; arranging meetings and taking meeting notes.
* Contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals; liaising as required.


Qualifications & Requirements

* A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required; full training will be provided on CWP systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills; a flexible ‘can do’ approach; and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.
* Ability to work as part of a team and handle clerical tasks accurately and efficiently.


Additional Information

* The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
