We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Director to lead the digital presence of MGM Health & Wellness. The role will focus on managing and optimising all MGM online platforms, websites, and digital campaigns. This position is central to ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints while achieving traffic growth and conversion optimization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conscious wellbeing traveler experience and hospitality, a strong understanding of Resorts, Retreats, and Clinics digital marketing strategies, SEO, analytics, and content management systems, along with a hands-on attitude and creative problem-solving skills.

E-Commerce Director

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

·Manage and position MGM Health & Wellness, Resorts, Retreats, and Clinics websites as the primary channels of digital distribution.

·Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content, visuals, and functionality across all digital platforms.

·Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and performance KPIs to constantly enhance the websites’ effectiveness.

·Ensure all content is up to date across languages, aligned with corporate CMS and guidelines.

·Drive brand.com KPIs including bounce rate, conversion, traffic, and YoY revenue uplift.

SEO & Digital Content Optimization

·Monitor and improve the search engine ranking of MGM websites across languages.

·Develop a keyword matrix and update meta titles, descriptions, and image tags accordingly.

·Follow corporate SEO standards and best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

·Own and lead web analytics reports; track traffic, sources, referrals, and user interaction.

·Provide monthly KPI reports to business, regional, and corporate teams.

·Prepare data-driven action plans to optimize website performance.

Digital Paid Media

·Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Display, Social, Meta Search) targeting key markets.

·Manage the annual digital advertising plan and budget.

·Align all campaigns with branding, promotional calendars, and overall marketing goals.

·Track and report campaign performance, profitability, and ROI.

·Maintain accurate and competitive representation of the business on all OTA platforms.

·Build strong relationships with OTA Account Managers.

·Manage sponsored listings and related investments.

Social Media Management

·Oversee the business’s technical representation on social channels in line with corporate guidelines.

·Support the Marketing/PR team with content planning and calendar execution.

·Monitor social media trends and recommend implementation of relevant features or formats.

·Ensure alignment with online reputation tools and KPIs.

Brand Alignment & Cross-Department Coordination

·Ensure consistent brand delivery across digital platforms.

·Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, PR, Sales, and F&B teams for optimal content strategy.

·Create and manage promotional content for offers and packages.

·Support implementation of brand and corporate strategies.

Experience & Qualifications

·3–4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury five-star hotel or wellness brand.

·Fluency in English (spoken & written) and Arabic is essential.

·Strong experience in Digital Marketing, Web Management, and Online Distribution Channels.

·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

·Strategic thinking with a performance-driven mindset.

·Proficiency in Paid Media, SEO, social media, and CRO.

·Experience with CMS platforms, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

·Analytical, hands-on, and proactive with a high attention to detail.

·Collaborative team player with the ability to lead and align cross-functional efforts.
