Key Responsibilities
Enhance and embed robust financial controls, optimising processes and elevating reporting frameworks to support a high:performance finance function
Lead the design, rollout, and adoption of new finance processes and procedures, driving operational efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across the business
Work within a risk management framework
Deliver clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed strategic decision:making and improved financial performance
Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the finance team throughout the transition period, ensuring stability, capability development, and continuity of operations
Requirements
* Proven track record as a Senior Financial Accountant/Finance Manager or Financial Controller
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical ability
* Demonstrable experience in process improvement and implementing new procedures
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and advise stakeholders
* Ability to operate autonomously and hit the ground running
