We are excited to have an opportunity to join our field based Specification Sales team covering postcodes NN, MK, SG, LU, AL, WD, EN, HP, SL, TW, UB, HA, IG.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain effective partnerships with your designated accounts and customers.
* Create and agree an annual individual business plan.
* Plan and manage coverage of existing and potential clients.
* Maintain and grow a customer database, updating activity daily.
* Communicate proactively with colleagues and the Customer Care Centre.
* Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and training events.
* Identify potential new products and share market intelligence.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety.
* Continuously develop product knowledge and professional selling skills.

Requirements
* Graduate calibre with field sales experience.
* Minimum 3 years on‑road sales experience.
* Strong account management skills and proven ability to deliver results.
* Computer literacy and clean driving licence.
* Self‑motivated, approachable and collaborative.
* Innovative thinker with emotional intelligence and a passion for continuous development.
* Relevant industry experience and product knowledge.
* Knowledge of market and competition.
