Residential Development Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive

£60,000+ DOE
GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly respected and expanding legal practice in the recruitment of a Residential Development Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with 5+ years PQE looking to work on high-quality residential development matters within a well-established and forward-thinking firm.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a busy and supportive department, working closely with developers, landowners and investors across a broad range of residential development transactions.
The Role
You will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of residential development matters including:
* Option agreements
* Conditional contracts
* Promotion agreements
* Supporting developers and landowners through transactions
* Negotiating and drafting complex legal documentation
* Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
* Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* 5+ years PQE within Residential Development
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Able to manage a varied caseload independently
* Motivated, professional and commercially minded
