My client is currently looking for a Help Desk Specialist. You will be responsible for second level support for software and hardware related issues. You will Identify, and resolve technical problems, timely response to telephone calls and emails for technical support. You will have a minimum of 3 year's experience in technical support with Strong computer literacy skills with software knowledge, Microsoft applications, Internet, Data Base applications and internet protocols. You will have strong communication skills and be able to form strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
