Your Role
* Support adults to live independently, safely, and with dignity
* Work closely with health, housing, and voluntary sector partners
* Deliver strengths-based, person-centred care
* Promote wellbeing, prevention, and safeguarding
* Work with adults at risk, their families, and multi-agency partners

For new entrants to the council you would be required to serve a probationary period of 6 months. The policy applies to all employees new to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council including those joining from other local authorities and public service organisations.
