A dynamic, customer-centric Account Manager is needed to join a successful, market-leading, international business. This is a mobile position covering the Wakefield area, with home as base. It is a remote / hybrid role. The company has an immediate opening to add to the customer account management team due to continued growth and new business wins.

Responsibilities
* Support the customer services, sales and account management teams to ensure each client account is managed professionally and every opportunity to add value and upsell is maximised.
* Develop relationships with customers built on trust and integrity, delivering what you say you will to provide outstanding customer service for retention and to optimise sales opportunities.
* Liaise with multiple internal departments and stakeholders such as the sales team, account managers, customer services, stores, operations and logistics.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and keep the customer at the heart of all actions.
Requirements
* Experience in a customer service driven environment with emphasis on key account management and sales.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly organised, methodical and process driven with great attention to detail.
* Natural confidence with the ability to influence and negotiate; commercially aware and highly analytical with good listening skills.
Desirable
* Degree educated in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (not essential).
