* Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
* Visit independent retailers or major stores regularly
* Deliver world class customer service to customers and stakeholders
* Meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets
* Manage and drive the success of your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
* Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new products, and implement in-store activations
* Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and POS
Compliance
* Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity compliance
* Ensure product availability and correct pricing on fixtures and chillers
* Ensure successful execution of new product launches
* Provide feedback for promotional activity improvements
Data Recording and Reporting
* Record response data accurately
* Take high-quality photos with descriptions
Insight
* Provide actionable feedback on market and competitor activity
* Update on retailer procedures and systems
* Stay informed on industry trends
Technical
* Utilise intervention data to drive actions
* Analyse data for store visit dynamics
* Use sales data and case studies to pre-sell activity
Administration
* Manage journey plans
* Ensure sufficient POS and promotional materials
* Attend monthly team meetings
Experience
Your knowledge and expertise:
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred; applications from other sectors considered
* Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and drive to succeed
* Comfort working autonomously in the field
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven sales skills, self-motivated, target-driven
* Experience valued over formal education
* Fluent in English
* Travel 90-100%
