At Chick-fil-A, the Front-of-House (FOH) Manager is critical in ensuring our guests receive the highest-quality service with genuine hospitality. As a FOH Manager at Chick-fil-A Seaford FSR, you will lead front-of-house operations to provide excellent guest service, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role includes training and developing team members, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting daily shift execution while modeling Chick-fil-A’s values and culture. You will serve as a direct-report to our FOH Director and play a pivotal role in goal setting, systems and process development and optimization, financial stewardship, Team Member and subordinate leader development, and upholding our brand's high standards and team-based culture. We are seeking an experienced leader to work alongside the FOH Director and support the Owner/Operator in managing all aspects of FOH operations. Leadership experience is required for this position, but it is not specific to the restaurant industry. This leader must be passionate about growing themselves and the business, be well organized, and forward thinking. They will work directly alongside the team to create great business results and care for our team and guests. Key Responsibilities: Guide, mentor, and support Front-of-House Shift Leaders and team members to ensure the effective execution of daily operations. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and mobile order fulfillment Maintain a culture of hospitality by modeling positive behavior and providing hands-on leadership Drive operational excellence during high-demand periods by optimizing resource allocation, enhancing team coordination, and fostering continuous team development to ensure sustained performance and growth Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with Chick-fil-A standards and procedures Assisting the FOH Director in the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of systems, processes, and procedures through collective goal setting Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Manage FOH labor to align with business needs and labor goals Collaborate with Back of House and leadership teams to ensure a smooth and unified operation Qualifications: Prior leadership or management experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment (Chick-fil-A experience a plus) Supervising, leading, and developing Shift Leaders who are in charge of a group of team members (about 6-13 members) Operational planning leading to high impact performance-based outcomes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for customer service and team development Ability to lead with integrity, a winning spirit and team-building approach, accountability, and a servant-leader mindset Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and maintaining composure Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays 18 years or older - candidates with strong experience and demonstrated longevity in the workforce will receive hiring preference Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Leadership Team Self-leader committed to personal growth.
