Social Worker – NHS Highland (Dingwall Health Centre)
The Mid Ross Social Work Team is based at Dingwall Health Centre and currently has a full‑time vacancy for an experienced social worker. This role offers a varied practice across Mid Ross, delivering a comprehensive social work service.
The post is interesting and varied in nature, providing a social work service across Mid Ross. The team is busy but supportive; we seek qualified individuals who can work autonomously and effectively as part of a social work team and the wider integrated team to deliver safe and effective social work practice.
Case work will be generic in nature, interesting and varied. Duties include the execution of essential statutory functions; working with individuals, families, carers, and wider communities to complete person‑centred outcome‑focused assessments; dealing with and managing complex situations and risk; and working effectively in a multi‑disciplinary way.
We are looking for enthusiastic practitioners who have experience working with people with a wide range of needs and who are person‑centred and outcome‑focused in their approach.
