At BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding construction-biased business, where YOU can support the M&E team as a plumber pipefitter.
Working with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK-based organization includes divisions such as Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works, and other trades.
Please note: this is a national role. Most work will be based around the home counties.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily contractual and operational delivery, ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.
2. Serve as a key contact for client facilities management, providing technical support and advice.
3. Lead, manage, and develop the contract to meet and exceed financial and operational commitments.
4. Ensure adherence to BJF Group and client safety policies and procedures.
5. Plan and execute efficient delivery of all Planned Maintenance tasks to ensure statutory and mandatory compliance.
6. Manage the supply chain for reactive maintenance services and resolve performance issues.
Requirements:
* Industry-recognized qualification such as City & Guilds / NVQ in an engineering subject.
* H&S management qualification (e.g., IOSH or similar).
* Experience managing teams, including HR processes and reporting absences.
* Experience in SLA management and performance data analysis.
