Immunisation Administrative School Support
We are recruiting Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside the existing team to support the delivery of IntraHealth's immunisation and vaccination programmes.
* Primarily support nurse‑led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
* Handle telephone calls from parents/carers and communicate with schools.
* Assist team members in collecting and transporting vaccines/equipment.
* Follow safety measures and undertake risk assessments as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in administration and ability to perform general administration duties to a high standard.
* Enthusiastic, committed individuals who work well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Travel to schools within the region required – a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
