Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, and proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks. The Business Administrator will be responsible for managing office tasks and maintaining all company records.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Manage correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
* Utilise Word or other suitable software for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
* Assist in financial record keeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Support various projects by conducting research and compiling data as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience
* Business Administration Level 2 or equivalents is essential.
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in document creation applications and software (Word, Excel, Adobe PDF Editor) is essential.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is essential.
* Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
