Overview
Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Law
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid) | Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus | Ref: 37585
Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
* Implement and manage contract administration processes
* Stay updated on regulatory and compliance changes in the gaming sector
* Address legal matters in various areas
* Provide comprehensive legal advice to internal and external stakeholders on legal and commercial risks
* Develop and maintain legal policies, best legal practices
* Assist in tracking the performance of junior legal team members, providing guidance, allocating tasks, and more
Qualifications
* 6+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house in the iGaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law
* Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and complex commercial legal matters
* Demonstrated ability to manage and develop junior team members
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in M&A transactions and AI is a plus
