* Assisting the Accountant with the day to day management of the accounts function
* Ensuring that all accounts are reconciled to trial balance at month-end
* Preparing accrual and prepayment schedules and posting month-end journals
* Assisting with preparing profit and loss reports and completing balance sheet reconciliation
* Supporting the production of monthly management accounts and variance to a budget report
* Preparing debtor and creditor reports and producing weekly cash flow forecasts
