About the Project
A landmark residential-led, mixed-use regeneration is transforming over 20 acres of prime London real estate into a new district featuring high-quality homes, landscaped public realm, independent retail, and premium amenities. The development spans multiple phases and is recognised as one of London’s most ambitious regeneration schemes.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Site Manager to take a lead role on one of the active phases, overseeing complex construction packages on a technically challenging, design-led project. You’ll work as part of a structured team delivering high-rise residential buildings with high-end internal specifications and extensive public realm elements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day site operations ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
* Manage subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing of works across multiple trades.
* Drive performance and productivity while maintaining first-class health & safety standards.
* Coordinate with technical and design teams to resolve buildability issues and ensure quality compliance.
* Oversee key packages from RC frame through to fit-out and finishing.
* Work closely with project management and commercial teams on programme, cost, and procurement control.
* Support mentoring and development of site and assistant managers.
Experience & Skills
* Proven track record delivering medium to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects in London.
* Strong background in RC frame, façade, and high-spec fit-out management.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Fully up to date with H&S and building compliance (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.).
* Competent in Asta Powerproject or equivalent programming software.
* Quality-focused, detail-driven, and able to thrive within fast-paced, design-conscious environments.
