We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Hair Stylist to join us at our beautiful Bamford Hair Hut at the Daylesford Farm, in Gloucestershire. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every client from the moment they walk through the door. Warm, attentive, and professional, your presence sets the tone for the Bamford experience. Youll be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring every corner reflects our commitment to excellence representing wellness, sustainability, and refined service at every level. Hours 40 hours, 5 shifts a week, Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
* Grow your own loyal client base through exceptional service and recommendation.
* Advise clients on styles and care routines.
* Wash, condition, cut, and style with precision and professionalism.
* Stay ahead of the curve with trend-savvy techniques and product knowledge
* Recommend products that enhance and promote healthy hair
* Nurture clients for long lasting relationships.
* Manage stock in an organised efficient way.
* Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and Bamfords holistic philosophy.

Qualifications
Applicants must have 3 years plus in hairdressing and level 3 NVQ.
