Sales Support Administrator
Kenneth Brian Associates are pleased to be collaborating with great company based around Thames Ditton who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join a supportive and inclusive team to provide exceptional customer service to their clients.
Hourly rate: £13-15 p/h = circa £30,000 when permanent
Contract: Temp to permanent
The role
You will play an integral role in being the first point of contact to a range of stakeholders both internal and external to ensure that they receive exceptional service and timely responses to any requests through the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to work for a growing and successful organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries to the right team members
Provide accurate quotes for new customers
Review and respond to sales requests, liaising with Account Managers
Keep CRM records accurate and support the team with project admin and client communication tasks
Qualify new clients, assessing current requirements and supporting them through the sales order process
Support the team with administrative tasks and any ongoing projects
About you
Experience with sales order processing
Numerate and confident with the ability to build long standing relationships with their customers
Proven organisational ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver under pressure.
High attention to detail
