We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administration Planner on behalf of our Client.
Duties will include:
Effective, accurate and timely management of administrative support tasks listed below (but not limited to):
* Clearing receipts on the system and resolving discrepancies in set targets.
* Receiving customer enquiries/orders and loading them accurately onto the system in set targets.
* Despatching orders on the system in set targets.
* Closing out job files by obtaining POD’s and any other required information and sending onto customers and archiving.
* Running reports from the system as required by customers and management
* Updating and reporting KPIs
* Ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner & updating files, when necessary, on the common drive.
* Undertaking system checks in set targets.
* Attend training on new processes and procedures
* Availability for Stocktaking as required
* Reporting any issues, accidents or incidents in accordance with procedures
* Housekeeping duties in the office/general tidying
* Support Transport Planners and Managers
* Any other reasonable request to support business requirements
Key Skills:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in office administration, operations or a similar role.
* Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software/tools.
Hours of work are 40 a week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 16:30pm, plus any reasonable requirements associated with the position
