Salary Range
£26,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative to join the Digital team at Bacchus. Digital Creatives are responsible for managing and conceptualising the creative output on the team. The job is to determine the best way to represent an idea on social media and produce high-level concepts for design projects across every digital platform. The role also includes assisting with UX/UI design for our web division, including website design.
The Skills Required
* Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/Capcut
* Experience with UX/UI Design and wireframing
* Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into digital campaigns that engage and inspire
* Maintain a deep awareness of social media trends and deliver regular content for the social media accounts
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing and PR strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong eye for design, detail, and storytelling
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital
* Develop innovative, creative content plans for clients and the agency
* Deliver creative assets in line with the Account Manager's brief
* Store the final assets in the drive and ensure tidiness
* Manage your time to work within the scope of every client
* Provide creative input for a wide range of projects with distinct goals for clients and potential clients
* As appropriate, manage the day-to-day relationship with clients
* As appropriate, create and present your work to clients (Playbook, content plan, proposal)
* Bring your passion for new creative thinking and new creative delivery to the agency every day
Web
* UX/UI design for websites
* Website wireframing and structure design
* Visual research
* Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-build handoff
* Ensure websites are visually compelling, accessible, and optimized for different devices (responsive design)
* Contribute to the creation of interactive elements, animations, and user journeys that enhance engagement
* Support with website content updates and quality assurance
