Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Extensive experience in housing management
* A proven ability to lead large operational teams
* Strong expertise in ASB casework and neighbourhood management
* The capacity to stabilise services quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Role Requirements
* Candidates must live within commutable distance of Coventry.
* They must be able to commit to up to 2/3 days per week in the office.
* This is a senior operational role overseeing a large, high-demand housing management service.
Team Leadership Responsibilities
The postholder will manage services covering approximately 16,000 properties, with direct responsibility for:
* Neighbourhood Team Leaders (5)
* Neighbourhood Officers (31.5 FTE)
* Safer Neighbourhood Officers (5)
* Neighbourhood Assistants (4)
