Job title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (React + Python). Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: UK-based, with flexible home, office, or hybrid working. Office locations: Newcastle and Leeds, with hubs across the UK.

This EdTech product is already in production, used by real teachers, and growing fast.
You’ll work directly with the CTO and experienced engineers to ship features that genuinely make a difference in education.
You’ll see your work move from prototype to production in days, not months — and you’ll have a direct say in how the platform evolves.
What you\'ll do
* Lead your own work stream across React (front end) and Python (back end and APIs).
* Turn broad problems into clear plans and deliver working features.
* Suggest improved approaches and solutions that add value.
* Collaborate with product, delivery and principal engineers on roadmap and technical direction.

* Strong commercial experience with React and Python.
* Ability to work independently, define tasks, ask the right questions and deliver results.
* Full stack mindset, confident moving between UI, APIs, integration and deployment.
