Senior M&E Contracts Manager
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Start Date: Immediate
We’re looking for an experienced Senior M&E Contracts Manager to take full ownership of a large-scale £30 million commercial project in the heart of Newcastle. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise across all building services disciplines.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the full M&E delivery of the project from pre-construction through to handover
* Manage multiple project teams, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Take full commercial responsibility for M&E packages, including cost control, forecasting, and variation management
* Lead client and stakeholder meetings, providing regular progress updates and resolving issues proactively
* Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained across all operations
* Support project managers and engineers, driving performance and continuous improvement across the team
Requirements
* Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager on large-scale commercial projects (£10m+)
* Strong technical and commercial background in building services
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrable ability to manage complex M&E projects to successful completion
* Available for an immediate start
