Level 3 Teaching Assistant – SEN Unit

Teaching Personnel are looking for a compassionate and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Fleetwood. This role is based within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) unit, working with primary-aged children who have a range of additional needs.
Role Overview:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with varying SEN requirements.
* Assist with personalised learning plans and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in a nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to ensure every child can thrive.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs).
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to individual pupil needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
