We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join us on a 14-month fixed term contract, providing maternity cover, who will take responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Responsibilities What You’ll be Doing at Kerakoll • Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and variance analysis • Leading month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making • Reconciling key balance sheet accounts and ensuring integrity of financial data • Monitoring and analysing costs, margins, and performance trends • Supporting audit processes and liaising with external auditors where required • Partnering with internal stakeholders to challenge, support, and influence financial performance • Preparing reports for senior management • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function • Reconciliation and submission of UK VAT and ROI VAT Returns. • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register. • Fulfilling ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager. • Communicating over the phone, face-to-face, and via email. • Assisting with enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications What you’ll Bring to Kerakoll • Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role. • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively • Proactive approach to problem-solving and investigation • Experienced in Microsoft Excel • Experience in SAP is preferred but not required. • Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities • Willingness to learn • Team player
