Are you a driven Senior Quality Engineer looking for your next challenge?
We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team, someone who’s passionate about quality systems, validation, and continuous improvement.
The Role
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing and operational processes meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for leading validation activities, supporting regulatory compliance, and driving improvements across quality systems. This is a Monday–Friday position, offering strong work–life balance and the opportunity to influence key processes within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee quality assurance and validation activities across production and engineering.
* Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / GMP standards.
* Lead internal and supplier audits to ensure full compliance.
* Manage a small quality team, providing coaching, development and performance feedback.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate root causes, implement CAPAs and drive continuous improvement.
* Support validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and documentation for new equipment, processes, and systems.
About You
* Proven background in Quality Engineering within a regulated environment.
* Strong understanding of validation processes, quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma), and compliance standards.
* Some people management experience able to motivate, mentor and lead.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
