Title - Band 3 Admin Support
Working Pattern - Full-time 37.5 hours per week working across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
We are looking for an individual with a proven office background who has previous admin experience, excellent communication and organisation skills to join our Locality admin team.

Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and comprehensive administration, accurate admin and clerical support to operational and clinical teams within our Integrated and Community Care Service (Community Nursing).
* Deal with a high volume of calls, staffing rotas, equipment audits, supporting new starters, ordering stationary and clinical supplies in a pressure environment.
* Maintain a good standard of English to format letters/documents; office experience and accurate data inputting skills are essential.
* Manage and prioritise your own workload; build effective working relationships with a professional, confident and mature attitude.
* Be flexible and adaptable to change; cross-site working to cover annual leave/sickness as required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Experience in administration in a healthcare setting is desirable.
