Outbound Sales Team Leader (50% Agent / 50% Leader)
Location: Home-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating schedule (9–5 for two weeks, 12–8 for one week)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £28,000 + £6,000 OTE + team commission
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and supportive Outbound Sales Team Leader to join our growing team.
In this hybrid role, you’ll initially split your time between hands-on sales—engaging warm leads, building relationships, and converting interest into sales—and team leadership, coaching and motivating your team to achieve performance targets. This structure is designed to support both your professional growth and the business’s continued expansion.
As you gain deeper insight into our products, customers, and sales strategies, and as the team grows, this position will evolve into a full-time leadership role.
You’ll lead by example, demonstrating strong communication skills, empathy, and resilience while driving outstanding results for yourself and inspiring your team to reach new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales (50%)
* Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our clients’ products or services.
* Build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
* Communicate the value and benefits of our clients’ offerings.
* Handle objections with professionalism and guide calls toward a positive outcome.
* Record accurate details of interactions and results in the CRM.
Team Leadership (50%)
* Motivate and support a team of outbound agents to achieve sales targets.
* Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular feedback and coaching.
* Conduct call listening and quality reviews to maintain high standards.
* Identify training needs and help develop team capability.
* Share performance insights and updates with management.

* Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting colleagues.
