We are recruiting for enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistants to join our team for the festive season! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for hospitality to life in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment across our vibrant venues. This will be a Fixed Term Contract of 20 hours per week with the potential for extension.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a safe and memorable experience.
* Prepare and serve drinks and food across our bars and café bars, including high‑volume service during pre‑show and interval times.
* Support daytime café bar services at Coda (Music Hall) and The Terrace (His Majesty’s Theatre).
* Assist in providing hospitality for corporate events, conferences, and special occasions.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
* Have experience working in bars, café bars, or similar roles (barista or waiting experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
* Thrive in team environments, with strong communication skills and a proactive, friendly attitude.
* Are confident and customer‑focused, putting the guest experience at the heart of everything they do.
* Are aged 18 or over (due to licensing laws).
* Have regular availability for evening and weekend shifts, particularly Fridays and Saturdays.

Availability Requirements
Given the nature of this contract, availability over the core festive period, including the week of Christmas Day, is essential.
