Summary
We are looking for motivated and committed bar staff to become a part of our dynamic team. Being a vital part of our hospitality team, you will be in charge of providing our visitors with outstanding service while maintaining a friendly and entertaining environment. In addition to serving drinks, your duties will also include helping with food service and keeping the bar area tidy.
Duties
* Following conventional recipes, prepare and serve a range of beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones. Proficiency in mixing cocktails is essential.
* Keep your workspace neat and orderly and make sure that food safety laws are followed.
* Accept orders from clients while offering advice and support when required to improve their experience.
* Accurately handle monetary transactions while using fundamental math abilities to process payments.
* Work together with the kitchen crew to plan the food service and guarantee that orders are delivered on time.
* To sustain high levels of client satisfaction at peak times, efficiently manage your time.
* Be mindful, amiable, and professional at all times to uphold the establishment’s hospitality standards.
* Help in replenishing supplies and keeping bar operations’ inventory levels stable.
Conditions
* Prior bartending and cocktail-making experience in a restaurant or bar setting is both necessary and desired.
* Strong knowledge of food safety procedures to protect our visitors’ health and well-being.
* Fundamental mathematical abilities for effectively managing currency transactions.
Strong ability to serve customers.
* Outstanding time management abilities to efficiently manage several projects at busy times.
* A love of serving others and a sincere desire to contribute to making visitors’ stays unforgettable.
* The capacity to be self-motivated when needed and to function well in a team-oriented setting.
* Have the ability to switch barrels.
* Able to make lines neat.
* Keep abreast of the most recent developments in beverages to ensure client satisfaction.
* Three years or more of prior experience in this field.
* Prior experience as a key holder.
* Gaining experience.
* Be ready to cover shifts at the last minute if necessary.
