What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) you will be integral to the daily management of any successful sales region. You will work alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to all stakeholders within our customer base.
Additionally, you will deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and scrub staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as necessary to provide real-time support.
How You'll Create Impact
* Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
* Offer training on the use of Zimmer Biomet products
* Lead generation within Platinum & Silver customers
* Manage logistics for procedure planning and stock
* Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite
* Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
* Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the Regional Sales Manager's guidance
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
* Keep Salesforce updated for his/her accounts
* Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
* Provide monthly reports on performance, activities, and competitive insights
