Your Role in Our Dynamic Team:
We’re looking for motivated professionals to support our mission. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Quality Control: Ensure all lab results are accurate and review flagged anomalies with the lab for further investigation.
* Team Collaboration: Conduct weekly meetings with nutritionists to discuss cases and provide guidance, ensuring high standards in all client interactions.
* Client Support: Engage with clients to explain their results and offer dietary recommendations, supporting the team during high-volume periods.
* Reporting: Maintain consistent documentation to update business leaders on lab and nutritionist team performance.
* Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with our Nutritionist and Customer Support teams and assist the CEO with key projects.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
* Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
* Strong understanding of nutrition principles
* Excellent communication skills for client interactions
* Experience in developing and implementing nutrition care plans
* HCPC Registered
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £36,000–£40,000 per year
