Are you an organised and proactive multitasker who loves keeping things running smoothly?
We’re looking for a Project Manager to support our client’s busy Service Delivery team, helping ensure the seamless operation of their advice services across several local offices.
Location: Godalming & Farnham - covering across both offices (hybrid options available)
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary (3 months with potential for extension)
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes – keeping track of rotas, coordinating activities, and making sure essential information flows where it’s needed. It’s a varied role that calls for excellent organisational skills, calm efficiency, and strong communication.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating and monitoring advice service rotas – ensuring coverage, flagging gaps, and supporting last-minute changes.
* Overseeing appointments and drop-in schedules, keeping systems and website information up to date.
* Tracking key service activities, including outreach and email advice, to make sure progress and reporting data stay accurate.
* Providing clear information and recommendations to help managers make decisions.
* Working closely with colleagues to solve problems and keep things on track day-to-day.
What we’re looking for:
* Someone naturally organised, reliable, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive approach – spotting issues before they become problems.
* Good attention to detail and comfort using digital tools (Office 365, scheduling systems, etc.).
* Previous experience coordinating projects or service delivery in a community, operational or not-for-profit setting would be a bonus, but not essential.
Why you’ll enjoy this role:
You’ll be joining a collaborative, purpose-driven environment, where your coordination skills will directly help frontline teams deliver vital services to the community. You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make an immediate difference.
